Women's Varsity Coaching Staff

Head Coach:     Kim Koterba

Coach Koterba has been coaching sports at Little Miami for four years and has been coaching in general for more than 16 years. She was a four-year varsity starter in soccer at Vandalia-Butler High School and was an all-conference, all-region and all-state soccer player. She went on to play for the Ohio State University’s women’s club soccer team which won a national championship.

Her goals for this season are to make sure the girls have a fun experience, play as a team, and win the conference.

Her goal this season is to win the SWOC Conference, to take the program up to the next level competitively, and have fun!

Assistant Coach:     Rob Chapman

Coach Chapman has been coaching a variety of sports for 24 years. In addition to coaching boys soccer, Chapman is also the Little Miami boys JV baseball coach. He coaches because he has a passion for sports and wants to pass that on to others. This season, Coach Chapman is promoting player development through individual skill building, tactics and team concepts. Chapman was head coach of the Little Miami men's soccer team when they won their first SWOC Championship in 2015.
