Coach Rothermund's  has had an extensive career in golf, both at the amateur and professional levels. 

 

Rothermund played on her high school boy's golf team for four years and went to state for two of those years. She played on University of South Florida golf team for two years and played on the Future's Mini tour. She is a member of the Professional Golfer's Association.
