Head Coach:     Ron Maupin

The 2019-2020 season is Coach Maupin's 11th season as head coach and 20th season with the program. His league record as head coach is 118-20-1.  The team currently has a 40-match winning streak in the SWOC. He has led the team to six SWOC titles (2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019), and was named SWOC Coach of the year four times (2013, 2014, 2015, 2019). Maupin has also led the team to 10 consecutive regional playoff appearances.  During his tenure, the team has won 3 straight regional championships (2017, 2018, 2019) and one regional runner-up (2014). The team has also finished in the Top 10 final state rankings four times (10th - 2014, 6th - 2017, 6th - 2018, 7th - 2019).

Maupin was a four-year player on the academic team at Middletown High School, winning three conference titles, and was voted first team all-GMC in 1993 and 1994.

For the upcoming season, Maupin would like to win a 4th straight SWOC title (7th in eight years).  He would also like to extend the team and league record 40 straight SWOC match winning streak and return to the state playoffs for a 4th straight year. Of course, most importantly, he would still like to see team members improve as the season progresses, work well together, and have fun.
